Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create engaging, contemporary graphics and learning resources in collaboration with subject matter experts and learning designers. They will manage the design process from initial concept development through to final production for various educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning designers to interpret briefs and develop design concepts
• Create graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for diploma, associate degree, microskills, and micro‑credential programs
• Produce high‑quality educational materials that are user‑friendly and meet organisational branding standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide updates throughout the design process
• Ensure final deliverables are polished, print‑ready, or formatted for digital learning platforms

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience developing and designing educational materials (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end design process
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Confident communication and collaborative teamwork
