The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design for the Popl web and mobile platforms while evolving the design system and processes. They will also simplify complex B2B workflows and conduct user research to ensure intuitive and elegant user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end experiences for Popl’s web and mobile platforms
- Build and maintain component libraries to ensure visual consistency
- Define and improve design processes, quality standards, and design QA practices
- Simplify complex B2B workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct lightweight user research, usability testing, and customer interviews
- Advocate for design excellence and help foster a strong product culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in a startup environment
- Deep expertise designing for both web dashboards and mobile apps
- Power‑user proficiency with Figma
- Strong product sense and ability to balance design with engineering trade‑offs
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions to leadership
- Self‑starter attitude with ability to work with minimal oversight
