The Product Designer will create intuitive and efficient UX/UI solutions for both consumer-facing products and internal administrative systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to ensure design consistency and integrate innovative AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design vision and roadmap aligned with user needs and company strategy
- Develop attractive, functional, and responsive UI across platforms
- Create intuitive UX flows and user journeys
- Advocate for the user throughout the development cycle
- Produce interactive prototypes, wireframes and mockups for validation
- Conduct usability tests, A/B tests and performance analyses to inform design iterations
- Integrate AI tools to accelerate research, visual generation, prototyping, quality audits and documentation
- Participate in agile squads using Scrum or Kanban for continuous delivery
- Ensure responsive, multi‑platform design optimized for various devices
- Collaborate with product, development, content and innovation teams
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user behavior analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Computer Science or related field
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Strong experience in UI design, responsive and multi‑platform design
- Experience collaborating in agile squads (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
- Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing and performance analysis
- Familiarity with AI‑supported design tools and workflows
- Basic to intermediate English for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations
