Staff Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design process, including customer research, problem definition, prototyping, and implementation. Collaborate with engineering, CX, and leadership to shape product direction and create coherent, delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own design from research and problem definition through implementation, launch and iteration
- Shape product direction together with engineering, CX and the CEO
- Conduct user interviews, observe workflows and test assumptions
- Develop realistic prototypes to evaluate usability and feasibility
- Create clear, polished interfaces that are simple and delightful
- Integrate AI throughout research, ideation, prototyping and design
- Improve shared design patterns and provide feedback to teammates
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design and visual craft
- Ability to lead research, prototype, and deliver detailed designs
- Experience working with AI as part of the design process
- Leadership through design decisions and trade‑offs
