UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Customer Experience

The Senior UX Designer will create innovative features and scalable design systems to improve the post-purchase delivery experience for millions of customers. They will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate customer insights and data into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative ideas and raise the bar for delivery experience
- Advocate for the customer using data, market analysis and technical constraints
- Partner with business and development teams to balance shortâterm changes with longâterm scalability
- Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs and prototypes
- Plan and conduct usability testing, user research and analytics interpretation
- Present design work to UX partners, crossâdisciplinary teams and executive leaders
Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience with an online portfolio
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
- Experience designing and prototyping with AI tools
- Experience in lifecycle design projects from strategy to execution
