You will design high-volume hiring workflows and AI-assisted interfaces to simplify the candidate and recruiter experience. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver human-centered solutions based on research and data.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend hiring workflow solutions from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
- Partner with product management and engineering to deliver humanâcentered experiences
- Design AIâassisted highâvolume hiring surfaces and make AI actions legible
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform featureâlevel decisions
- Communicate design rationale and outcomes to stakeholders
- Present and critique work in crossâteam reviews
- Reuse and maintain UX artifacts and design system components
Requirements
- 1+ years of design experience
- Knowledge of the design process
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work
