UX designer Senior (F/H/X)

You will be responsible for the design and production of user journeys while working under the guidance of a Lead UX Designer. Your role involves operational tasks such as research, facilitation, conception, and testing to implement strategic design visions.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce user journeys and flows
- Conduct user research, facilitation, design, production and testing activities
- Apply the strategic vision and guidelines defined by the Lead UX Designer
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to deliver highâquality user experiences
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Ability to manage the full UX project lifecycle
- Proficiency in presenting and defending design decisions to technical and nonâtechnical audiences
- Strong facilitation and teamâfederation skills
- Technical curiosity, openness, creativity and active listening
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent for creating mockups
- Fluent English
