Graphic Designer - Manufacturing Centres of Excellence

The Graphic Designer will create engaging, contemporary graphics and learning resources for diploma and microcredential programs. They will collaborate with subject matter experts and learning designers to transform concepts into high-quality, user-friendly educational products.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce contemporary graphics and learning resources for diploma, associate degree, microskills and microâcredential programs
- Develop concepts and create highâquality educational products from initial idea through final production
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, userâfriendly and aligned with organisational standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning designers and stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate learning objectives into visual solutions
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fastâpaced environment
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in developing and designing educational materials is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the design process from brief interpretation to final production
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative
