You will work in a multidisciplinary team to build user-centered solutions by supporting product strategy and conducting user research. Your role involves leveraging AI tools to accelerate prototyping and collaborating closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Support product strategy by keeping user needs central to decisions
- Use AI tools and agile workflows to accelerate solution exploration, hypothesis testing and prototyping
- Conduct user research and experiments to identify personas, pain points and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with engineering using component systems (e.g., ShadCN, Tailwind) to ensure technical feasibility of AI‑assisted designs
- Lead multidisciplinary workshops to influence user‑centered decisions
- Balance design effort with impact on product success metrics
Requirements
- Experience with experimentation, testing and prototyping tools
- Facilitation skills for design sprints, brainstorms and design thinking workshops
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Hotjar, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to quickly learn and integrate AI tools into daily workflow
- Basic front‑end knowledge (HTML, CSS, component libraries, design tokens)
- Degree in Design or related field; postgraduate studies a plus
- Advanced English communication
