Hybrid Full-time

The role focuses on planning and executing quantitative and qualitative UX research to provide evidence-based insights for product and design decisions. Key tasks include measuring user experience, validating hypotheses through experiments, and translating data into actionable roadmaps and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and execute qualitative and quantitative UX‑research activities
  • Conduct surveys, benchmarking studies, experiments, usage analyses, interviews and usability tests
  • Analyse user, customer and product data to identify trends and derive recommendations
  • Support definition and measurement of experience metrics
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product, design and business teams
  • Create research artefacts such as personas, customer journeys and JTBD
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, User Experience, Service Design or related field
  • Several years of independent UX‑research project planning, execution and analysis, with a focus on quantitative research
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, statistics and survey/benchmarking techniques
  • Experience with survey, analytics or reporting tools and handling large data sets
  • Proficiency in German and English
