The Senior Design Manager will lead the design process for water infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality, programme adherence, and effective resource allocation. They will manage design consultants, coordinate with site delivery teams, and ensure compliance with client requirements and design assurance frameworks.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold an MEng or BEng degree and possess significant design management experience within the water or heavy civil engineering sectors. Proficiency in BIM, CDE systems, and experience discharging Principal Designer duties are essential requirements for this role.
