You will design human-centered hiring workflows for high-volume recruitment, translating complex systems into intuitive interactions. You will partner with engineering and product management to deliver scalable design solutions while ensuring AI-driven features remain transparent and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design solutions for defined hiring workflows from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
- Partner with engineering and product management to execute and deliver products
- Incorporate technology stack capabilities and constraints into designs
- Design AIāassisted highāvolume hiring interfaces and make system actions legible
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform featureālevel decisions
- Communicate design rationale and outcomes to partners and stakeholders
- Present and critique work in crossāteam reviews
- Reuse UX artifacts and maintain consistency across projects
Requirements
- 1+ years of design experience
- Knowledge of design process
