You will own the end-to-end UX research program, conducting both fast-paced discovery and deep foundational studies to inform product strategy. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members to foster a research-driven culture where everyone is equipped to engage with users.

Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 8 years of hands-on UX research experience and a degree in a behavioral research field or equivalent. Proficiency in both English and French is required, along with a proven track record of influencing digital product strategy.
