The UX Designer will lead end-to-end user experience for core product flows within the Digital Banking squad. They are responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, accessible design solutions and conducting user research to drive strategic improvements.
Responsibilities
- Promote a customer‑centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the bank’s ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with development, product and marketing teams to define and implement effective, scalable, usable and accessible design solutions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and style guides, ensuring consistency and design quality
- Design, execute and analyze user studies (surveys, card sorting, A/B testing, etc.) and various usability tests to gather insights for strategic decisions
- Evaluate and continuously improve the usability of existing products through ongoing testing, user feedback and metric tracking
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UX trends and technologies in electronic banking
- Understand the bank’s risk culture and incorporate risk appetite considerations into daily design decisions
- Ensure compliance with operational risk, regulatory compliance, anti‑money‑laundering and conduct risk frameworks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital experiences, preferably for native mobile banking, fintech or electronic payment apps
- Relevant studies in technology, innovation, research or design
- Prototyping skills including wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX and agile development methodologies (Scrum)
- Deep knowledge of user‑centered design methods and usability principles
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong data‑driven analysis and decision‑making capabilities
