Design and evolve digital products from exploration to delivery while ensuring alignment between business vision and user needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct research, create prototypes, and optimize user experiences based on data and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital products from exploration to delivery, aligning business vision with user needs
- Participate in discovery, ideation and validation processes for products and services
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI
- Create and maintain UI components, UI kits and Design Systems ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Apply qualitative and quantitative UX research to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (product, business, development, research)
- Conduct usability tests, analyze results and propose continuous improvements
- Present and defend design proposals to stakeholders with strategic focus and visual clarity
- Incorporate metrics such as CSAT, NPS and heuristic analysis to optimize user experience
Requirements
- More than 5 years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Experience designing digital products, preferably in banking, finance, insurance or corporate environments
- Proficiency with Figma, Maze, digital whiteboards (Miro, FigJam), and office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of navigation architecture, interaction flows and experience maps
- Experience with Design Systems, design heuristics and usability testing
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights and make evidence‑based decisions
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
- Strong visual and functional portfolio showing problem definition, development, process flow and design impact
- Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving
- Excellent communication and negotiation with teams and stakeholders
- Resilience, flexibility and adaptability to change
- Ability to defend and argue design decisions with solid justification
- Collaborative work style and results‑oriented attitude
