The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and producing high-quality print and digital design materials while adhering to corporate brand guidelines. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce print and digital materials such as packaging, trade show graphics, catalogs, and marketing collateral
  • Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all outputs
  • Create digital assets for web, email campaigns, and social media
  • Perform photo editing, retouching, color correction, and color management
  • Manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines
  • Troubleshoot print production and vendor issues
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (photo, video, sales) to ensure design consistency
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and software advancements
  • Provide backup support for team members as needed

Requirements

  • 1‑4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, branding, or advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multi‑Media Design, or related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
