The Design Manager will lead the planning, design coordination, and execution of hyperscale data center projects as the owner's representative. They are responsible for managing project scope, budget, schedule, and risk while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management and possess at least 10 years of relevant project management experience. Professional certifications such as PE, RA, PMP, or CCM are preferred, along with experience in mission-critical or industrial facility delivery.
