Product Designer, Subscriptions and Services (Helsinki)

The Product Designer is responsible for modeling and designing product structures, data, and business requirements to ensure efficient product lifecycle management. They act as a bridge between business needs and development teams, documenting requirements and optimizing processes to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyse current product state, model and document products and components with requirements
- Standardise product data and structures in the product information system
- Participate in designing a new productāmanagement operating model
- Model and design product structures, data, business requirements and implementation options
- Describe and optimise product structure, versions and configurability
- Analyse large data sets to optimise product portfolios
- Bridge business and development teams, translating business needs into concrete solutions
- Discuss implementation approaches with stakeholders and guide towards optimal solutions
- Document and present product structures, use cases and requirements for development readiness
- Assist business in scope definition based on effort estimates and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with development teams throughout design and development phases
Requirements
- Strong experience defining and managing product structures, data models and modularisation
- Practical experience with commercial product catalogs and modelling
- Knowledge of TM Forum Information Framework (SID), eTOM or similar
- Experience with order, delivery and invoicing processes; familiarity with BSS/OSS systems a plus
- Several years defining requirements and use cases for product or process development
- Experience analysing large data sets and product portfolios
- Ability to work fluently in Finnish and English
- Excellent problemāsolving and analytical decisionāmaking skills
- Customerācentric mindset and commitment to outstanding user experience
- Willingness to challenge legacy processes and share ideas
