UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Customer Experience

The Senior UX Designer will reimagine post-purchase customer experiences by crafting innovative features and scalable design systems. They will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to advocate for the customer using data-driven insights and objective research.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative ideas and raise the bar for the delivery customer experience
• Advocate and design for customers using market analysis, customer insights, technical constraints, and business insights
• Partner with business and development teams to balance immediate changes with long‑term scalable solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to communicate interaction behaviors
• Plan, perform, and advocate validation techniques such as usability testing, user research, and analytics interpretation
• Present design work to UX partners, cross‑disciplinary teams, and executive leaders

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience with a portfolio
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Knowledge of UI design, information architecture, and interaction design best practices
• Experience with lifecycle design projects from strategy through execution
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools
