You will manage custom interior projects from initial design and client contact to technical execution, production, and final delivery. Responsibilities include creating technical drawings, preparing quotations, and overseeing the project lifecycle from the atelier to the construction site.
Responsibilities
- Design custom interior projects from concept through client contact, quotation, sales, technical development, workshop, site follow‑up, delivery and post‑calculation
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and technical specifications
- Manage project budgets, margins, and cost calculations
- Maintain close communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with production workshop and oversee on‑site installation
- Stay updated on design trends and innovations
- Mentor and collaborate with a small design team
- Provide accurate estimates and ensure timely project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant interior/custom design experience with portfolio proof
- Proficiency in Vectorworks (knowledge of PaletteCAD and Teamleader is a plus)
- Strong 3D and 2D drafting skills with technical insight
- Ability to create aesthetically and technically feasible custom solutions
- Comfortable working directly with clients and possessing commercial awareness
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, precise mindset
- Strong numerical skills for costing, margins, and Excel
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch
