UX Researcher / UX Strategy & Research Lead

You will collaborate with Design System and Accessibility teams to develop user personas, evaluation grids, and UX methodologies. Additionally, you will provide UX recommendations to support the evolution of the organization's digital identity and design system.
Responsibilities
- Create a public audience mapping and a persona/reference user profile catalogue
- Develop a UX evaluation grid to determine required support levels
- Produce a catalogue of UX methodologies with associated guides and templates
- Define testing and measurement methodologies for user experience
- Provide UX recommendations to evolve the Design System
Requirements
- The role requires expertise in UX research and strategy to create comprehensive user profiles and testing frameworks. Candidates must be capable of working within a technical architecture environment and coordinating with public administration communication departments.
