The Product Designer will conceptualize, design, and systematize digital solutions by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including product managers and developers. They are expected to proactively identify problems, conduct research, and iterate on solutions that positively impact both business goals and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand and define user problems, contexts, and validation methods
- Conceptualize, iterate, and test digital solutions for web, app, TV, and kiosk touchpoints
- Create high‑quality UI designs, visual assets, and interaction flows
- Develop and scale design systems, ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to align design with technical constraints and business goals
- Document design work for front‑end teams and maintain design specifications
- Conduct design research, gather insights, and translate data into actionable design improvements
- Lead proactive design initiatives, propose innovative solutions, and mentor junior designers
Requirements
- 2‑3 years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and visual design process
- Proficiency with Figma (or Sketch/Adobe suite) and animation tools such as Principle or After Effects
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams (product, design, development, data)
- Ability to create and maintain design systems
- Data‑driven design mindset with experience applying analytics to design decisions
- Excellent communication, proactive problem‑solving, and autonomy
