The Senior Design Manager will lead the design process and team from the initial bid and PCSA stages through to construction, completion, and handover. Requirements
- Candidates must have extensive experience in delivering large-scale construction projects, specifically within the healthcare sector, and possess a professional architectural or engineering qualification. Demonstrable expertise in various contract forms such as D&B, JCT, and NEC is required, along with a proven track record in managing design across the full project lifecycle.
