All-round UX Designer
Fidds Ux 🇳🇱 Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
You will work on long-term enterprise projects, specifically for ASML, by gathering user requirements and creating wireframes and prototypes. You are expected to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity screens for the ASML production control system
- Collaborate with UX‑research and design colleagues within FIDDS
- Gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Deliver screen designs that are ready for implementation within the existing design system
- Help define project scope and prioritize work items
- Manage expectations and navigate political discussions within a large organization
- Contribute to improving design processes and team ways of working
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience with enterprise applications or data‑rich interfaces
- Ability to independently translate requirements into functional screen designs
- Experience working within an existing design system and maintaining its discipline
- Strong research reading skills and ability to conduct design conversations with developers
- Fluent Dutch or English
- Self‑starting attitude and ability to clarify ambiguous briefs
- Comfort with complex stakeholder environments and legacy systems
- Persuasive communication in multidisciplinary teams
