- The UX Researcher will support CX/UX activities for the Patients Before Paperwork initiative by conducting research and delivering design artifacts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate workflows and improve digital health tools for clinicians.
Requirements
- Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in end-to-end UX/CX research and inclusive design for complex digital products. Proficiency in AODA-compliant design, research synthesis, and working within regulated environments is mandatory.
