You will conduct user research and analyze data to design intuitive digital experiences and user journeys. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create wireframes and prototypes while ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and user studies using interviews, workshops, surveys and usability testing
- Analyse research data and translate insights into concrete design recommendations
- Design and optimise user journeys and digital experiences
- Create wireframes, lowâ and highâfidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UI, Product, Tech and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and consistency
- Present and defend UX recommendations to various audiences
- Participate in user testing phases and integrate feedback for continuous improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of UX standards and best practices
- Maintain a userâcentric approach throughout the design lifecycle
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in UX Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Ergonomics or equivalent
- At least three years of experience as a UX Designer on digital projects
- Strong knowledge of UX research methods and userâcentered design
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Ability to create wireframes, lowâ and highâfidelity mockups and prototypes
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in a complex, international environment
