The UX Researcher will plan, execute, and synthesize user research to inform design and business decisions based on evidence. They are responsible for conducting field work, moderating research sessions, and presenting actionable insights to multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan and define qualitative and quantitative research studies aligned with project goals
- Create interview guides, observation protocols, surveys and other research instruments
- Recruit participants and coordinate logistics with internal teams or external providers
- Conduct interviews, contextual observations, usability tests, focus groups and field visits
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to synthesize insights, opportunities and actionable recommendations
- Prepare executive reports and present findings to clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain research repositories (e.g., Dovetail, Notion) and ensure methodological rigor
- Collaborate with product, service and UX designers throughout discovery, definition and ideation phases
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional UX research experience
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research for digital products or services
- Skilled in moderating interviews, usability tests and field research
- Ability to work directly with clients and present executive findings
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Human‑Centered Design and Lean UX
- Proficiency with research tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Dovetail, Lookback, Maze (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for field research in Lima and other regions
