UI DESIGNER H/F - Lyon

You will lead the UI redesign of business applications for the nuclear sector, ensuring aesthetic quality, accessibility, and performance. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create reusable UI components and consistent graphic universes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a cohesive UI design system for enterprise applications
• Design high‑fidelity mockups, UI components and micro‑interactions
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility and performance across all interfaces
• Prepare assets and documentation for seamless handoff to developers
• Collaborate with UX designers, product owners and developers in agile ceremonies
• Contribute to brand‑consistent visual language for client products

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with Figma, including auto‑layout, component libraries and pattern creation
• Proven experience designing and implementing a design system
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color, hierarchy)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (RGAA)
• Ability to produce high‑quality UI mockups and interactive prototypes
• Experience with motion design for micro‑interactions
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for design (a plus)
