Product Designer Confirmé (H/F) - Lyon

You will manage the full product design cycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user needs and business performance. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary squad to design BtoE applications for the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery research, synthesize insights and define product requirements
- Design high‑fidelity UI components and maintain the shared design system
- Collaborate daily with developers and product managers to ensure feasible implementation
- Prioritize backlog items and align design work with business KPIs
- Advocate for accessibility throughout the design process
- Participate in agile ceremonies and iterate rapidly
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience covering full UX/UI lifecycle
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong portfolio with enterprise B2E products
- Understanding of industrial/energy domains (preferred)
- Ability to turn research insights into product decisions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (RGAA) and design systems
- Experience using generative AI tools for design (a plus)
