UX Designer - Lyon (H/F)
Ux-republic 🇫🇷 Villeurbanne, Métropole de Lyon, France
You will contribute to the UX redesign of business applications throughout the Discovery, Delivery, and Run phases. Your tasks include creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating within an agile product team.
Responsibilities
- Design web and desktop workflows for enterprise applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Define interaction logic and dynamic behaviours
- Ensure consistency with the design system and UX standards
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests and analyze analytics data
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and UI designers in agile ceremonies
- Document and hand off design assets for implementation
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio of B2E or enterprise applications
- Expert proficiency with Figma
- Experience in the industrial/energy sector (preferred)
- Ability to conduct user interviews, usability testing and synthesize findings
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (RGAA)
- Comfort working in agile squads
