Product Designer Sénior (H/F) - Lyon

You will manage the full product design cycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user needs and business performance. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary squad to design and iterate on BtoE applications for the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, including user research, journey mapping and requirement gathering
• Design high‑fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Maintain and contribute to the shared design system
• Collaborate daily with developers and the product manager to ensure feasible implementations
• Prioritize features and challenge backlog items based on product KPIs
• Advocate for accessibility and ensure RGAA compliance
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to rapid iteration cycles

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience covering the full discovery‑to‑delivery cycle
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX and UI work
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma
• Experience in the industrial/energy/B2E sector (preferred)
• Ability to conduct user research, synthesize insights and inform product decisions
• Solid understanding of design systems and accessibility (RGAA)
• Knowledge of generative AI tools applied to design (a plus)
