Mechanical Design Manager

Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction, including client coordination and site visits. Perform HVAC, hydronic, and control system designs while ensuring compliance with building and energy codes.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute endâtoâend campaign assets for social media, paid advertising, marketing collateral, and sponsorship/event branding, including booth and environmental design
- Conduct design consultations with internal business leaders, providing expert guidance and creating visually compelling pitches and proposals using advanced PowerPoint techniques
- Build creative briefs, mood boards, and visual storyboards to direct video and animation teams on motion graphics production
- Manage project estimates, timelines, and milestones to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams and Art Directors, offering constructive feedback to foster a productive and innovative environment
- Maintain brand consistency across proposals, web content, presentation decks, and collateral
Requirements
- Minimum three years of dedicated graphic design experience focused on social media and paid media campaigns
- Four or more years of experience in corporate, agency, or enterprise environments (professional services, financial services, or consulting preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint layout and design for polished presentations
- Strong understanding of print, digital, and social platform specifications
- Excellent presentation, business acumen, selfâmanagement, and collaborative skills
