You will conduct user research through interviews and data analysis to translate product ideas into reality while collaborating closely with product and development teams. Additionally, you will manage the implementation process from strategy to release and act as a strategic voice to ensure product features meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews and structured sessions to uncover real user flows
- Validate new features directly with customers and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure product quality
- Apply the implementation process from strategy through release
- Prototype concepts and gather stakeholder alignment for the product roadmap
- Act as the strategic voice for users throughout the design and development cycle
- Report findings and influence product decisions up to the CEO level
Requirements
- 4–5 years of UX research experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong analytical and curious mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French or another language is a plus
- Experience in legal‑tech or finance SaaS is a strong plus
- Team‑player attitude with strong communication skills
