Product Designer Confirmé (H/F) - Lyon

You will manage the full product design cycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user needs and business performance. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary squad to design BtoE applications for the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery, design and delivery of nuclear industry B2E applications
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights and define personas
- Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs using Figma
- Collaborate daily with developers and product manager within an agile squad
- Align design decisions with business KPIs and product strategy
- Ensure accessibility compliance (RGAA) across all deliverables
- Explore and integrate generative AI tools to enhance design efficiency
- Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in product design, preferably in industry/energy B2E
- Full‑stack design expertise from user research to high‑fidelity UI
- Strong product thinking and ability to prioritize backlog
- Data‑informed decision making using analytics and business KPIs
- Expert level proficiency in Figma
- Experience with generative AI applied to design
- Knowledge of RGAA / digital accessibility standards
- Ability to work 1‑3 days per week remote (Lyon based)
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field
