The Senior Product Designer will manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user needs and business performance. They will work within a multidisciplinary squad to redesign BtoE applications for the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire design cycle (Discovery, Delivery, Run) for nuclear‑industry B2E applications
- Conduct user research, translate insights and analytics into product decisions
- Create high‑fidelity UI mockups and maintain design systems
- Collaborate daily with developers and the Product Manager within an agile squad
- Prioritize backlog items and ensure product success against business KPIs
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in product design (UX + UI) with a full‑stack design approach
- Proven experience in the industrial / energy / B2E sector (preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design, data‑informed decision making and KPI alignment
- Expert level proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of generative AI applied to design
- Understanding of RGAA digital accessibility standards
