UI DESIGNER H/F - Lyon

You will lead the UI redesign of business applications for the nuclear sector, ensuring aesthetic quality, accessibility, and performance. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers within an agile environment to create reusable UI components and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Redesign UI of professional software applications for the nuclear sector
- Combine aesthetics, accessibility, and performance to create engaging interfaces
- Develop coherent visual universes that strengthen client brand images
- Create reusable UI components, master Autoâlayout, patterns, and libraries
- Design microâinteractions and motion elements to enrich user experience
- Prepare assets and documentation for seamless technical handoff
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (UX, UI, design system, PM, developers)
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and serviceâcentered delivery processes
- Deliver expected deliverables: mockups, prototypes, documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in industry/energy/BtoE projects
- Advanced creation and implementation of at least one design system
- Expert level proficiency with Figma for mockups and prototypes
- Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards (RGAA)
- Attention to detail and systemic consistency
- Interest in generative AI applications
- Ability to work closely with UX designers, lead designers, product owners, PMs, and developers
- Active participation in agile rituals and serviceâcentered model
