UX Designer - Lyon (H/F)

The UX Designer will manage the full Discovery to Delivery cycle for BtoE application redesigns, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. They will also conduct user research, analyze analytics, and collaborate within an agile product team.
Responsibilities
- Design web and desktop workflows for enterprise applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, highâfidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors
- Ensure UX deliverables meet standards and maintain consistency
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests, analyze feedback and analytics
- Perform benchmarks and UX audits, translate insights into design improvements
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with product, UI, development, and designâsystem teams
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UX design experience
- Experience in industry/energy or B2E domains, preferably nuclear
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong userâresearch skills including interviews, testing, benchmarks, and audits
- Ability to work within established design systems and UX guidelines
- Experience in agile product teams (PO, PM, UI, dev, design system)
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business teams
- Autonomous, rigorous, organized, detailâoriented
