The UX Designer will conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and design intuitive user journeys. They will collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to create innovative solutions using wireframes and prototypes.

- Understand user needs through research and usability testing
- Design user flows and journeys for multiple devices and platforms
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to communicate design concepts
- Analyze product usage data and provide dataâdriven improvement recommendations
- Ensure interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use
- Improve overall user experience by proposing design solutions based on behavior analysis
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design and user research experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in UX design, user research, persona creation, and user journeys
- Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Axure and InVision
- Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user behavior
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with UI designers and developers
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
