Responsibilities
- Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs aligned with branding guidelines
- Develop dashboards for recruiters, interview screens for candidates, reports, and admin panels
- Build and maintain a consistent design system with reusable components
- Ensure usability across desktop and responsive web interfaces
- Translate complex AI features into simple, user‑friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with React developers during implementation and review delivered screens for quality
Requirements
- 3–6 years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio with SaaS, dashboard, and enterprise product designs
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high‑fidelity UI
- Understanding of responsive web design principles
- Experience designing HRTech or B2B SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable UI components
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
