Requirements
- Candidates must have 7+ years of end-to-end UX/CX research experience and 5+ years of cross-functional delivery in regulated environments. Proficiency in inclusive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is mandatory.
