UX Designer

Lead the design of intuitive content authoring and publishing experiences within Sanity Studio while developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of authoring, editing, review, approval and publishing experiences within Sanity Studio
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs
• Define interaction patterns, UX standards and design principles for scalable content operations
• Collaborate with design system teams to translate client‑facing patterns into authoring controls, previews and guardrails
• Partner with content strategists, marketers, UX designers and platform teams to address content models, metadata, taxonomy, governance, localization and reuse
• Streamline workflows to reduce manual effort and improve usability at scale
• Conduct discovery activities, user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, engineers and content strategists throughout the product lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops to align requirements, workflows and UX strategy
• Advocate for user‑centered design and content‑first thinking while balancing delivery timelines

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design or Service Design
• 3+ years designing content‑first authoring within headless CMS platforms
• Proven expertise in enterprise applications, workflow‑based platforms or content management solutions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design for complex business challenges
• Deep knowledge of user‑centered design, interaction design, information architecture and usability principles
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile product development environments
