Requirements
- Candidates must have 7+ years of end-to-end UX/CX research experience and 5+ years of cross-functional delivery experience in complex, regulated environments. Proficiency in accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG 2.1) and design tools like Figma or Adobe XD is mandatory.
