UX Researcher

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs and behaviors of BRImo users. Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to integrate research insights into the design process and provide comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand needs, preferences, and behaviors of BRImo users
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide user experience insights
- Design and execute usability testing to evaluate existing designs and recommend improvements
- Utilize various research methods including interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to integrate research findings into design processes
- Prepare comprehensive research documentation and present findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Portfolio (optional) submitted with CV
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of qualitative and quantitative research experience for digital products
- Strong proficiency with research tools such as Maze, Dovetail, Google Suites, Typeform
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in financial or banking industry is a plus
