The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute comprehensive campaign assets across social media, paid advertising, and event branding. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-stakes presentations and guide creative workflows for video and animation teams.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute campaign assets for social media, paid media, marketing collateral, and sponsorship event branding, including booth and environmental design
- Conduct design consultations with internal stakeholders to create visually compelling pitches and proposals using advanced PowerPoint techniques
- Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and visual storyboards to guide motion graphics, video, and animation production
- Manage project estimates, timelines, and milestones to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams and Art Directors, providing constructive feedback and aligning output with strategic goals
- Maintain brand consistency across proposals, web content, presentation decks, and collateral materials
- Stay current on industry trends and platform specifications to ensure designs are optimized for various channels
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with focus on social and paid media campaigns
- At least 4 years of overall professional experience in corporate, agency, or enterprise environments such as professional services, financial services, or consulting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Expert-level MS PowerPoint layout and design skills
- Strong understanding of print, digital, and social media specifications
- Excellent presentation and business acumen
- Self‑management and low‑ego collaborative attitude
- Portfolio showcasing social/paid media campaigns, video storyboarding, and event branding
