You will lead solution design sprints from research to prototyping and translate complex user needs into actionable concepts for the development team. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, present findings to stakeholders, and support the leadership team in client pitches.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate has professional experience in UX, product, or service design and possesses strong communication skills to guide clients through complex processes. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, have a basic understanding of AI, and be fluent in both German and English.
