Lead a multidisciplinary R&D team to develop RF/LF connectivity solutions and customized projects. Drive technical reviews, product innovation, and industrialization while collaborating with global teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary R&D team including design, test, and project engineers
- Drive development of RF/LF connectivity solutions while meeting quality, cost, and delivery goals
- Lead technical reviews, product development, and mass‑production introduction activities
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, cross‑functional teams, and global R&D organizations
- Promote quality improvement, issue resolution, and engineering process optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Physics or related field
- 5+ years of R&D leadership experience in an international environment
- Strong expertise in RF connectors or LF technologies (high‑power charging, wire & cable)
- Proficiency with CATIA or other 3D CAD design tools
- Experience in product development and industrialization processes
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication, customer‑focus, and problem‑solving abilities
