You will own the design of core product surfaces from initial sketch to final shipment. You will also collaborate with engineers to build complex interfaces for technical concepts like autonomy and audit trails.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of core product surfaces, from first sketch to shipped feature
- Translate complex, technical concepts such as autonomy, approvals, and audit trails into interfaces people trust
- Design run logs and monitoring views that make agent behavior legible
- Contribute to and evolve the company design system
- Partner with engineers throughout the build process, not just at handoff
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex software products
- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking rather than just screen mockups
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping
- Strong opinions about clarity, held loosely
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML products or developer tools
