The Senior UX/UI & Graphic Designer will define and elevate the product experience and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities include creating user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces while maintaining brand consistency across marketing and platform assets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve user journeys across the platform
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and functional layouts
- Conduct usability analysis and iterate designs based on user behavior
- Design modern, clean, and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and interactive educational systems
- Maintain consistency across all product interfaces and evolve the design system
- Develop visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, investor presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials
- Ensure brand positioning and visual consistency across all publicâfacing materials
- Contribute to visual and product strategy discussions and establish highâquality design standards
- Collaborate closely with founderâlevel leadership, product, engineering, marketing, and QA teams
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX/UI and product design roles
- Exceptional portfolio showing UX thinking, UI design, product interfaces, and branding work
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- Deep understanding of userâcentered design, responsive design, interface systems, and visual hierarchy
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and design consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively during synchronous remote working hours
