Design end-to-end AI-first experiences including chat interfaces, agent workflows, and bilingual user journeys. Collaborate with engineering teams to define interaction patterns for AI uncertainty and maintain a consistent design system.
Responsibilities
- Design AIâfirst experiences across chat interfaces, agent workflows, search, discovery, recommendations, and lead qualification
- Define interaction patterns for managing uncertainty such as streaming/loading states, partial answers, hallucination guardrails, and escalation to human agents
- Create bilingual (English/Arabic) interfaces with seamless rightâtoâleft (RTL) layout integration
- Produce rapid clickable prototypes and conduct user testing with real users, iterating weekly
- Own and evolve the design system, including development of design tokens for efficient engineering implementation
- Collaborate closely with engineering teamsâwrite detailed specifications, review builds, and ensure final product aligns with design vision
Requirements
- 4â6+ years of product design/UX experience with shipped products
- Portfolio demonstrating AIâdriven product design
- Handsâon experience designing features powered by large language models or machine learning
- Proficiency with AI design tooling such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Midjourney/Sora
- Strong systems thinking â information architecture, user flows, state management, edgeâcase handling
- Ability to prototype in code (HTML, React, Tailwind) or at minimum read and specify against code (preferred)
- Comfort with ambiguity, fastâpaced startup environments, and direct stakeholder engagement
