The Graphic Designer is responsible for maintaining visual brand consistency across all print and digital channels. Key tasks include creating social media visuals, developing brand identities, and designing corporate presentation decks and event materials.
Responsibilities
- Create impactful digital visuals for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Design web banners, newsletters, and sponsored campaign assets
- Develop and evolve visual identity systems for Leancubator and its various programs
- Produce corporate and event materials including pitch decks, activity reports, brochures, kakemonos, roll‑ups, and event merchandising
- Conceptualize innovative visual concepts, illustrations, complex infographics, and trend‑aligned visual montages
- Collaborate closely with Content, Marketing, and Event teams to translate strategic ideas into attractive deliverables
- Optional: Contribute motion design using After Effects or Premiere Pro
Requirements
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, startup, incubator, or tech/innovation environment
- Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong proficiency with Figma or Canva for rapid digital content creation
- Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition skills
- Portfolio showcasing branding, digital visuals, and corporate presentation work
- Fluency in French and Arabic; good English is a plus
